Once again thank you all for the responses.
I am going to bite the bullet and have Honda check out the tracking and alignment next week in addition to the fluids.
Since the car still has 7 months of warranty on it I am going to let them do the fluids as well.
Mobil 1 for the engine, Almasol LE 90 for the diff., and GMSFM for the tranny!
The car definitely suffers from the 1-2 grind, and 3rd clips once in awhile as well so we'll see how the GMSFM does for that.

So I took the s2k in this morning for the fluid change/alignment. Evidently the alignment was WAY out in the rear. It was out in the front as well, but not terribly. The worst part is that I had been out of town the last 6 days, and when I got home last night I noticed that my left rear tire was totally flat. I pumped it up, and it held so I drove it to the dealership for the work. I asked them to check it out, and they found a big nail in it. Its a slow leak, but a leak just the same.
The tires are worn down to the wear indicators so its time for new shoes. I guess I am gonna go with S0-2's...just a new pair for the rear. The fronts are OK, and since the car only has about 10,xxx miles on it thats about right for the 2:1 R/F tire changes.
Anyhow thanks again for all the helpful suggestions.
