T.I.T.S - stand for Team Irvine Team Speed. It's just an acronym that they came up with for fun.

Don't worry about being older/more conservative. We have all kinds of people that go on the drives. The Irvine members are a bit on the younger side, but the West LA guys are older. You'd fit in fine with the SoCal crowd. You should try to come out to some of events that don't have drives, like dinners and Dromo 1. Then you can see how everyone is.
