I imported my S2000 into England from Japan and changed the stereo (put in a Pioneer) so that the radio frequencies would work. But.. the Pioneer doesn't work with the stereo controls. Can anyone tell me what stereo would work with the driver controls??

Cheers...Ivor

Did anyone post the schematics of the radio controls on the net?

Pinky is a regular poster here. He is the only one I have heard of that has modifies the harness of the S2K to fit the new head units and retain all controls.

Pinky's system works fine for any radio with an infra-red remote control. It works by recording the signal from the remote, and corresponding it with a button on the dash.

If you want to see an example go to my Audio Upgrade page.

If the head unit doesn't have an infra-red remote then you're out of luck.

Click on my sig for more info. You can either PM me or e-mail me. I am working on getting the dash controls setup for a outside US shipment. 2 Aussies one France. This will mean that you have to wire the aftermarket radio to the piece that I send you. Not to hard but its the only way to save you sending me your harness or buying a 60 dollar harness from me that plugs into your radio.
