What broke? 47K kms, or 47kms?

I had an integra that had zero issues for 88K miles.

I've had my car for a year, and put 22k miles on it in that year and it's still going strong. Though I think it could use a valve adjustment soon..from the sound of it. 41k miles total on it right now.

maybe cause you want to put the clutch in the middle so the tranny hates you and it decided not to work any more. or maybe your vtec fluid spilled into your tranny

31,000 miles and the battery died. That's it, knock on wood.

Oh, how can you tell if you need a valve adjustment? Does any shop do that, or would the dealer do it? And at what cost?

Only one issue, my vtec broke off once when I downshifted into reverse at 75. Covered under Hondacare, no problemo. I actually got a vtec off the prototype 09 S3000 to beta test. So far I like it but I had to trim my hood to make it fit.
