i'd honestly rather dump 10 grand into a na F20 based V8 swap than a turbo kit. Nothing would sing like the tune of a 9k 480hp all honda v8 under the hood of my s2000.

I bet that thing would sound amazing too!

why not be happy with what you got?
More is better. More torque, more horsepower, whatever. More.

if you wanted more hp, you should of bought a mustang or something.
This actually makes no sense to me. I don't buy a car just for its horespower numbers, as much as I like them. I also buy the car for its looks.

If you have a beautiful car with not enough horsepower, you can fix that.
You can't make up for an ugly car with more horsepower in my opinion.

The nice thing about an S2000 is that I can put more power into an S2000 and it still looks like an S2000.

The problem with a Mustang is no matter how much power you put into it, it still looks like a Mustang (although the '05+ cars are significantly better looking than the crap they've been peddling for the last double-handful of bodystyles.)

sorry guys ..building a "honda" V8 around a pair of s2000 heads would cost at least 100k or more...the engineering and design of a block could run 50k or so..oh yeah..you need a crankshaft as well.
