The one good thing about the car is, if it utilizes the K20 engine we should be able to tune the hell out of it!

Another good thing is that it gives me no reason to replace my S2000

the 200HP/160TQ they quoted is not in line with a K20A. Never mind the K20A is old news, the K20Z is the motor du jure.

K20s make 143TQ stock. A K20 tuned to 160TQ would make a lot more than 200HP that's for sure.

200HP/160TQ are the specs of the K24A2 from the TSX. That might be a good motor if the car turns out lighter.

Hopefully they'll use the K20 variant from that new CTR in Europe, though. That has 260HP and I think like 155TQ.

I sure hope this is some kind of a joke. Although 8 years is a good run for a model, I would have hoped Honda would have plans of improving the car and not taking 3 steps backwards in the new design/model.

Ah man this is old news

PS That article also predicted the CR... sort of, they expected a Type-R though.

i would be happier with the CR then this joke

im not ready for the apocolyps, the second coming is soon, i smell anti S2000. it is the breathing demon, road and track is the mark of the beast. do not stear away from the apex or brake all the way through that corner, the s800 is a cover up of the beast do not fall prey!!!!

hahaha

but im seriously unhappy of that design, i feel a ton of disrespect for that car which is suppose to "take over" or replace the s2000

i feel no respect for that car, and dis honer it totally if it is names s2000 remake.. come on, thats like going from mr2 to mr2 spyder lol

i dont mean to hate on any of the owners

Why is it that every new car is getting more power, and looks better while Honda is still running in place? Besides the new NSX thats coming out, Honda doesn't really have anything to match up against the competitors. But honestly i doubt that the S800 would make it out because the s2000 was made based off the older S800's and for Honda's anniversary, so why would they move backwards in time??
