that mileage is pretty good for a 00 but there plenty out there for around that price with things already done to them ( wheels, suspension, things like that ) its really if you want to buy it for that. If you have never owned one of these cars or driven one then I promise you that you wont be let down. Amazing handling plenty of get up and go from the factory. Do what you feel is best

It doesn't sound like a terrible price if it's in great condition. Though recently they seem to be going for a couple thousand dollars less than that for a 2000 with similiar miles on the car.

I have been wanting to do the same with my emblems...I would shave my front and rear H badges and paint the s2000 badges. Just don't wanna go through the trouble of take them off. Heard lots of horror stories.

S2K JDM;

Don't mean to be an ass except where its due, So...Way to Hijack the thread.

I did that to my front and rear, while changing out the rear H for the S from the side badges. I also painted my exhaust tips flat black as well since they were already turning black from the test pipe lol.

Sorry for the crappy pics, but hopefully you get the idea.

Does anyone have instructions on how to get those off and on without breaking them (or do you paint them in place)? thank you.

I tried to use floss and fishing line but it kept breaking, so I used a credit card and goo gone. After the emblems were off it took me about an hour to get both sides mostly clean(still somewhat of a shadow that would be visible if I was to leave them off for the shaved look). Just patiently scrubbed off the old adhesive with a credit card and goo gone.
