I have an 02 and love my honda s2k with 30K miles, but want some more juice so want to go with a comptech SC. I was wondering should I invest the $$$ on my car or would an 04 or 05 benefit more from the SC? Anyone has the numbers (0-60 and 1/4mile) for sc 02.03's 2.0 vs the new 04 2.2 etc... just wondering if the 04 with the comptech sc is faster and you gat more bang for the buck. I love the car and want to have an s2k for a long time, so I either trick mine out or wait a year and buy a used 04 with low miles and trick that one out. Any advice would be great. Also do both cars accomodate the comptech SC the same as far as other mods one should make to accomodate the upgrade etc etc..... thanks

If I'm not mistaken FC on a bigger liter engine will always produce more power then a smaller one.

 

that's the logical answer....but i don't have facts to back that up.

my '04 just had a blower and aftercooler installed yesterday. hardtopguy's dyno'ing it on friday....so, we'll see....

Since I'm new to the S2k, I am only guessing. But, super chargers usually follow the stock dyno path. Of course, it will add torque and HP. It should give you better torque in a lower rpm in a my04/05 because of the improvements in the stock motor.

I am looking at going FI also. So this is a good question. ANyone else have an opinion?
