hi guys i'm new to s2ki. i'm wondering when the s2000 becomes salvaged does the seat belts lock up. i bought my car salvaged from the auction and my seat belts are locked how do i fix this problem. do i need to replace the seat belts are can the dealer unlock it.

 

I have read that the seat belt tensioners go into lock down when the air bags are deployed. It is a one time event and they must be replaced along with the air bags.
