Seat Locks Or Thread Lock Compound/air Gun??

Yes.

And I personally wondered if having mismatched seats would be a theft deterrent. We have a Sparco Evo driver's seat and the OEM passenger seat. Who would want to steal or buy just one seat?

IIRC, every run that Kodokan orders from McGard has a different bolt pattern. If you bought them from him several years ago (as I did), anyone who buys them now will get a different key.

buy bolts with left hand threads lol. the thief can try anything to get them off but he will only be tightening them

but seat locaks are definitely the best defense i think

I'd let them take my seats so I can get new ones since my drivers side has seen much better days I just hope they wouldnt slash my new top (once I am done putting it on)....

It's money to them either way, I don't think thieves care about matching stuff.

Around $4300 per seat as i remember. You cant just buy the whole seat
you have to buy each individual piece, have them assembled and installed.

WOW.......so if you buy an 00 or 01 with good seats then you are getting the rest of the car for a few dollars
