Let me guess...the squeak goes away when you have a passenger in your car?
My 2008 did that as well. A tech from the dealer fixed it 100% by putting lube on the seat rails.

FIXED!
The dealer first removed the seat and lubed the heck out of it. They didn't fix it but then again when I offered to show them where the squeak was coming from they didn't care to look.
Next, they ordered an entire new seat rail. the problem is fixed now with the new seat rail. I read about this spray in lithium grease that I think would have fixed the problem. The grease sprays in diluted in a solvent, then the solvent dries and you have thick grease lubing your parts. Try that if your car is no longer under warranty. You can pinpoint the noise by wiggling the front of the seat rail up and down with your fingers.
This particualr problem is only when a passenger is actually sitting in the seat, going over bumps.

He didn't say his car rattled, the second poster did. The squeek could be from the passenger seat being set too far back with the back of the seat touching the rear of the car. Try moving it up. Also the seat belt buckle could be rubbing against the door.
I can't believe all the other 08's are having this issue!!! I thought I was hearing things. Yes I isolated it to the passenger side right rail. I haven't tried to grease it yet because I wasn't sure what it was. It's SOO annoying, especially when I have someone in the passenger seat that i'm trying to... impress and my seats squeaking and slightly rocking.
Has anyone else solved the problem without a new seat rail?
