Did they drop the car on bricks? Sorry to hear about the bad news though.

Is it possible that there would be a number on the seats that would correspond to that particular car?

Theres a place around here that does stereo work. They tell their friends what they put in and were the person lives. After awhile thier friend go and steal the stereo stuff. Probably sell it back to the place too. I hate my town.

D@mn, sorry to hear this. Would an alarm help for this? Pager alarm??

Side note: If you are covered w/ insurance. Can you upgrade your seat and wheels to aftermarket? If so, it may not be too bad for $500 to upgrade seats and wheels if you can get retail price for those. If not, sorry you had to experience this, especially right after you got your S.

Damn, Pete. You scared the hell out of me! I thought your stuff got ripped!

Consider yourself "lucky." A friend of mine was telling me about theives around here that take off the wheels then just drop the car to get their jacks back. It does not do pretty things to the undercarriage.

No ID number on the seats.

It would be so easy for Honda to stamp the VIN onto the seat frame!

Of course then they might not sell as many replacement seats at $9,000 per pair!!!
