Seized Caliper ? Brake Sticking ?

got the car jacked up , the left side which isn’t giving me issues spins freely. The right side where the issue is spins as well but does have some slight resistance ?

I would try Zeroptzero's advice first and go from there. It wouldn't take much added friction to create a lot of heat so sounds like something's stuck.

will do , when he says remove the 2 pins out of the bracket to see if their seized what bracket is he referring to . Sorry for my ignorance

Remove the two 12 or 14mm bolts (can't remember exact size) that hold the caliper onto the caliper bracket. Those are the bolts that actually go into the sliders. Pull the rubber boot back and pull the sliders out (if they aren't stuck) and then lube them with brake grease.
