Service with a Smile :-)
I recently had to take my S2000 in for the 1st/2nd gear grind and the leaking air conditioner issue.
I really debated about letting someone else have control of my S, but of course she had to be fixed. Her state of disrepair saddened me. So I bit the bullet and chose to take it to my local Honda dealership, Honda of Clear Lake. I called and set up an appointment with the service advisor and she was completely accommodating. I told her that my S had never slept outside and she assured me should she would have it pulled in each night. As I am obsessive compulsive, I drove by each night to find my car safely parked behind locked doors.
Although I had only taken the car in for these two issues my advisor had pulled the TSB and took care of these potential problems as well.
All of the work only took a week. When I returned to pick up my S and happily give over the horrible 2001 Civic I had the unfortunate pleasure of driving, I found my S clean and perfectly detailed. What's more, they had only put 7 miles on the car. I was very pleased!
Just thought I would give my POSITIVE dealer experience.
**This service experience was almost as good as the ones I've had at the Lexus Dealership.

Yes it is a Honda and no you CAN'T drive it!!
