i just tested a voodoo knob and i like it, but i would like about 1/2 inch shorter. Has anyone cut off any of the shift post, in order shorten the shift knob height?

 

......it was done on a car that no longer is here....his comment was it was to easy to miss a shift = car over rev = car no longer here .

I received mine too Muz and I can't figure out why it is even considered a second. It looks perfectly fine to me.
