I have the Voodoo Ti knob and it's great. It doesn't get scratched like an alum. one would and it looks like the shifter I had in my old 308GTB. By the way, I have the 2002 alum. and Ti(OEM) knobs if anyone is interested.

It's all a matter of personal preference. I like the look and extra weight of the titanium, but I'm not convinced it makes that big a difference in shifting.

Here's a link to other shift knobs for sale... some of these look really nice. If they sat down as low as the stock shift nob or lower, I would definately get one of these. You can keep the clear colored ones though (unless they light up )
