Shifting Issues? What have you done to fix it?

What has helped you improve shifting your S?

Appreciate any help you can give.

match rev

don't stall the car

don't dump the clutch

change the fluid

adding a weighted shifter

HPDE track instructor seat time

drive other manual car(i still rated s2000 tranny among the best)

I really like my countersunk voodoo shift knob from Ricks. I changed my honda MTF yesterday at 13,000 miles and immediately noticed reduced 'notchiness' in my 2nd-3rd shift.
