Never had a problem with a third to second accidental shift but I have shifted from fifth to fourth accidentally many times. Never tacked above 9000 thankfully but that's only because i wasn't doing 125 at the time. I think this is the shift to worry about.

 

Yeah I've done the 5-4 misshift, just got a bit of jerkiness as the synchros did their job and then realized i screwed it up...nothing harmed but my ego.
