I used the shin-etzu VERY sparingly and had no mess.

Any silicone grease - available at any auto store - works fine. Spread with a couple fingers sparingly.

NAPA has this - it is much thicker than the Shin etsu crap, which I wasted my money on - it also is clear. Great to treat hard to reach weatherstrip.

I like wipes! They are so cool! Easy to use, but damn expensive!

I have Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner, I guess I should pick up the vinylex too!

So you can use 303 on your seals? The same 303 I use on my top and plastic window?

Yea, and for those with Vinylex, it will do the same.

Zymol Seal Conditioner.

Extremely easy to use, no mess what-so-ever, smells great.

road rage, that's what I use as well. I've only had to apply it twice, or possibly 3 times, in nearly 20k miles. Works great on lots of seals. I bought it originally for brake seals on an MG that I converted to silicone brake fluid.
