sup guys i work for honda use the shintsu grease that shit works wonders. First clean the seal then take light daps of the grease and rub it into the rubber think of it as lotion and not grease (you dont want globs of white lotion all over your leg right ,neither does your seal ) we have been using that grease forever from delsol roofs to odyessy sliding doors . i havemt seen anything better u can get it at the honda dealership
