Default Short Ram Intake Forum

I have had a short ram AI on my 92 Accord before i got my S, and loved it. The ease of installation, the ease of filter change, no cutting of anything, no real chance of hydrolock. It was great. Is there a decent or good short ram intake for the S2K? If so, who makes it and where can I buy one? Please quote prices and state manufacturers. Also, why are there almost no short-rams for the S2000?

Short rams, also known as hot air intakes are a bad idea from a performance point of view. You stand to lose considerable horsepower as the temperature under the hood increases. You might as well just leave the stock airbox in place and just take off the cover.

BUT...if you do feel that you want a short-ram after the above mentioned, I believe K&N makes one for the S.
