Default Short Steering Wheel Hub

Hey All,

Can anyone recommend a good short/slim steering wheel hub with quick release? I just purchased the NRG version and I don't like it at all. The reason being is that when it clicks it, it's not tight and a little shakey. What are some good companies out there with this product that click in tight, short, and still utilizes the horn connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

J.

I would assume that the problem you have is with the QR and not the hub?

Here is the QR I use in my race car( I use the race version) It locks the wheel on and is keyed so only your wheel can be mounted. It is only 1" thick.

On the Hub, I use the Works Bell (Splash) short hub. But with the QR I posted the short or reg hub will work just fine.

That would work fine for me, only I guess I would need a "street" version since I still need the horn. Are there and sites that might have a selection of these QR hubs? The sites I've searched mainly carry NRG or others that range past $300.
