Well after dropping ruffly $1400 dollars on my new front end and sideskirts from Bulletproof automotive. I call them to make sure that the price's were what they quoted me and that all my decals were with the products. After talking with one of the salesman he says oh well shipping is going to be another $20 dollars even though he quoted me 140 two days prier, but the stickers are all here I will put them back in the box. So after saying F_ck it I'll take the extra shipping cost as long as my decals are there. now I know that decal's aka sticker's aren't to expensive but after looking it will cost me another 40-65 dollars to get them. So after day's of waiting my parts come in. So I go to the body shop to look at them and go over everything before prep and paint. Then I ask for my box so I can get my decals and invoice. Oh wait a minute there's only foam in here. So I call Bulletproof and there like oh well the parts you order don't come with any decals. So I asked why in the hell did the salesman say Quote "the decals are all here and I will put them back in the box". Oh well I think it was me you talked to. I must have been mistaken you know we don't take them out and sale like some companys. Sorry for the mistake. I'm like well how the hell do you say they are their and then oh they don't come with decals. All he can say is sorry. So should I be pissed I got took for another 20 bucks for shipping and no decals. Oh yah there customer service SUCKS.

If you're not 100% satisfied, then you have the right be be upset. If it's so much that you can't live with it then you should talk to them and do something about it. If not then I guess it's just another case of the consumer getting the short straw and you'll have to suck it up. I know decals are pretty insignificant but I would be pissed too if it were me. I know if I dropped $1400+ on something I would hope it came with all of the paperwork/decals/etc that it was supposed to. You also have to at least entertain the idea that the guy may have actually just made an honest mistake. I know that doesn't change your situation and it still sucks but what can you do.

 

I think 180 people now know that Bulletproof isn't to sharp when it comes to dotting its i's and crossing its T's. Buyer beware. Nuff said.
