I have to agree with most - the Z06 would be my choice here.

 

1. i think the guy that wants to trade the z06 might be kidding...
2. he is a fool if he does this deal...
3. if he is for real, i would jump on it with a heartbeat!!

 

No this is no joke. He went and drove a blue 2003 s2000 and told me it did not have enuf power for him but mine does. My car is so rare next to ZO6.

Get the Z06. They are awesome track cars!!!!

 

The Z06 guy is giving up the most value, unless something is wrong with it. No way your S is worth as much.

 

Why havn't you traded yet? Thats a hell of a deal.

Rumour has it that a few of the early model ZO6s were bought back by GM because the engines were complete lemons. Some did not qualify for a "buy back" because they weren't quite "crappy" enough. Was his one of these? Maybe he knows something he's not telling you.

 

I'm with the others - get the Z06...and if you still have the mod itch, exercise it on that. I'd trade my S2000 for a Z06 in a heartbeat.
