Default Side Strakes and Rear Spoiler, 3 hours labor?

I recently bought a new S2000 and have ordered the rear spoiler and side strakes, does anyone have experience putting these on a S2000? The dealer told me they charged 1 hour of labor for the spoiler and 2 hours for the strakes. I find this hard to believe and I realize this is how they make money by charging an hour for something that only takes 30 min. or so. But how in the world can you get away with 2 hours for side strakes that should only be a matter of drilling a couple holes and tightening nuts and bolts?

Before I had the bodykit I had the front spoiler and sidestrakes and that took me less than an hour to install both. The wing should be like 20 mins if that.
I would do it yourself.

Who said?
Put it this way, they were just as simple installing as the Cwest sides.
To me, it was a simple job. The only problem I remember I had with them (2 years ago) was that if the car is too low they will rip off. So I actually tossed them when I put on the Cwest sides.
