Wink "silver" plastic trim behind headrest

Hi fellow members, hopefully someone can assist in explaining how to remove the plastic trim behind the headrest. Not the roll hoops, which I have read about already.
The previous owner of my car installed speakers in the headrests, with really crappy screws, which have damaged the plastics through wear. I really need to get these plastics out and repaired.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I'm planning to repaint the gauge cluster trim and plastics behind the head rests, since they are showing some wear. Hopefully they won't come out looking odd.

I painted both sets for my cars in SSM followed with multiple layers of clear. You can buff out any rub marks in the clear if they contact the hoops unless you wear through the clear.

I painted mine and the sluster surround the same colour, using Krylon paint, metallic shimmer, it is different than oem but when you do it all they look good, tiny bit of bronze in there with the silver but I like it.
