Simple 1-2 grind solution working so far...
All I did was scoot the seat up 2 clicks when doing fast shifts and its been working perfect so far.
I was on the interstate today for a while so I scooted the seat back to where I it had been and got a grind on the first time through the gears once I got off. I moved the seat back up and the grind didn't happend the rest of the way home.
I am interested to know if this works for other S2000s so next time your out hustling it around, give it a try and see if it helps.

I think i will be doing this also. I think 2nd gear isn't as forgiving as the others for not having the cluthch fully depressed. I had a grind today because my cluth foot slipped a bit and I think the clutch lifted a bit from the fully depress position and grind.
I can't wait for honda to make a clutch driven auto ala F1 trannies. Anyone can be like Mike with that

Driving instructors will usually teach you to get close enough to the wheel that you can turn a corner without pulling your shoulder off the seat. For most people that is pretty far forward so maybe you guys were further back than you needed to be for performance driving anyway. I guarantee there is a transmission problem with some of the early models.. the TSB was not for seat movement.
