simple service - horrible result
Go somewhere else and cut your losses. My rear bumper was replaced (rear ended) a coupla weeks ago. The guy who painted it matched it fine. And yes, a good shop will repair the damage and respray the area.

I already limit my visits to the dealer's services.....but....every time I go, there is a problem....no...more like there is a bunch of extra problems....
I stick to costco's for tires (winter and summer tire changes) and grease monkey for oil changes. I bring my own tires, oil, oil filter and they let me stand anywhere I want as they finish the job real fast.
You can knock those franchise all you want, but I can only trust what I can see after all planet honda has done.....
Unfortunately those shops are only good for one simple task each.
This happened to me as well. I should never have allowed the dealer to take out the transmission, but they believed the sound had something to do with that...despite my reading otherwise...but...
I get the car back today, hopefully. Unless they broke something trying to put the transmission back together.
It's been almost two weeks.

OMG!
Why are they pulling gears? NO WAY are new gears better than original Unless they are damaged!
Were you having excessive geartrain noise? Troubles shifting? Pulling it apart can contribute greatly to future failure.
Take the car to Karosserie in PA. http://www.karosserie.com
Great place, make the original dealer pay for it!
