I'm curious of what size the speakers are. Does anyone know if they can be swapped out to a different speaker? I'm still undecided whether to get them or not. I just don't feel like wiring stuff up myself again. Any help is appreciated.

I don't think so. If you want something larger do a search for S-Pods. One of the owner/members has created a better solution. I have a set installed in mine and I love them.
