Default Slight problem with the T1R 70RT

So I'm on my lunch break from work and as I'm pulling on to the freeway to get some food I noticed that the sound of my exhaust changed. I immediately thought of this thread here. Thankfully that didn't turn out to be the case. I continue on to the nearest exit so I can check out the car and as I'm doing so it sounds like things are falling off the car and hitting the under carriage, wtf.

Finally I get to look under the car and what do I find?

Yea that's my O2 sensor hanging from the car with the bung still attached! WTF. That pic was taken about 5 or so minutes after the incident, around 5:10am ish. The sensor was slamming into the underside of the car as I was driving. I'm glad I didn't lose that. I ended up limping the car home and borrowing another.

Some more pics after I got home from work.

Had the exhaust for about 2.5 months +/-. It couldn't have more than 2k miles

The bung itself just broke off completely with the sensor and the part for the O2 fix. There's just a hole there now.

just get that shiz welded back on and your good to go. Did your o2 sensor brake or anything while it was smacking the bottom of the car?

regardless, it should not have come off like that but havn't heard of this as a problem yet with any other ones.

Well I didn't get a cell so i'm guessing the sensor is aiite. I'm glad it survived the beating. I hit up evasive motorports (where i bought it) so hopefully they'll take care of me.
