Winter is just another fun season.

Besides, you can be the only person driving around with your top down because the heat is so good.

After going all last year on the S02s and waiting for Nokian to make a 225/50 16 (which they did not), I ordered a set of Bridgestone LM 22s from my local tire shop(the review on the tire rack website was positive and I have been happy with the S02s). The front tires have not arrived and I expect to be changed over next week.

I spoke with Josh at Tire Rack yesterday about winter tires. His recommendation was either Michelin Pilot Alpin or Bridgestone Blizzack LM-22. He said the LM-22 would provide 85% of the winter weather performance of the original Blizzack and was better on snow and ice than the Alpin. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with the LM-22?
