so.. anyone regret lowering?
Where can you find info on these springs? They really picked a bad name as a company if it's KG/MM.
Googling it gave me every suspension discussion ever but no company info on it.
What is the Spring Rate for the KG/MM?

Well, here is my experience. I got a set of espelirs installed on my stock shocks by a member here on this forum. My ride home was awesome! It felt smoother than stock and at the time it seemed like it handled better. I loved them (at the time). After about a week when the springs settled, my car experienced the same symptoms as you. It was all over the place! Every little reflector that I hit on the freeway caused major bumpsteer and every crack on caused my car to shift. About a week and a half after I installed the springs, I got it aligned. It helped out a lot! Car felt like it ran smoother and I was more confident driving it.
All was gravy until the car started to ride like shit again. The alignment was fine and I didn't experience the car going all over the place anymore but the ride started to get too harsh. I guess my shocks gave out (my car has 90k on it). My girlfriend said that she got car sick everytime she was in my car for too long. The ride was just too damn bumpy and bouncy with stock shocks. So last week, I got some koni yellows installed and boy did it make a world of a difference. I highly recommend it if you are lowered on espelirs, or any other spring for that matter. Its a good setup but i think Im going to eventually I am going to go get a decent set of coilovers and do it the right way.
So to somewhat answer your question, yes I regret lowering my car "the cheap way." Dont get me wrong the drop looks sweet. But I guess it's something that I have always done with my cars. I go the cheap route temporarily and eventually spend a butt load of money rather than just go straight to doing it the right way the first time. I actually said this to myself when I still had my last car:
"The next car I get, Im not going to go cheap. I'm going to do everything right the first time!"
For now, my espelirs and konis will have to do (its not a bad setup). I just want something better. But anyways, If I were you, I would at the very least get the alignment. Trust me, it helps out a lot!
