I'm actually kind of surprised there isn't an "official" '06 DBW consensus thread seeing that there are members with an '06 MY already.

But from some of the posts I've been reading, there is virtually no lag, correct? I've read responses like "minimal lag" and "smooth throttle response" from '06 owners, but I have yet to hear about what pre-'06 owners have to say about the new throttle system.

So what's the general consensus on this DBW system? As responsive as the NSX? Or closer to the shitty/laggy system on the new Si?

 

Actually I take that back. I've read that the DBW system on the '06 Si is pretty good, but could still use some improvement.

I meant shitty/laggy DBW found on the TSX and TL.

 

i would like to know the answer to this as well. from what i've heard, the Si dbw is horrible compared to the dbc in the pre 06 S2000.
