Default Soft Top Help

Soft Top's main interior support strap came un-glued from the bottom of the soft top. How do I fix this? or who can fix this?

It is the support strap that gets wraped around the metal bar that goes over the driver and passengers head. The strap is still mounted to the metal bar, it just came off the bottom of the soft top. I guess this strap helps to support the top when you are driving down the highway, kind of like a limiting strap. Also helps to fold it down when putting the top down. It is only glued on to the bottome of the soft top but I didn't know the best way to fix it.

Can someone please help me out? What should I do?

I cant remember how to get pictures up here. sorry.
