Soft Top leaks and wind noise

Default Soft Top leaks and wind noise

so what i am wondering is how are the soft tops on the cars in the rain or when you wash them? also how is the wind noise when your driving at high speed

Mine does not leak when washed. Per the owners manual we should not use a power car wash around the windows etc. As for wind noise, mine has a little bit at high speeds but not more than I expect with a convertable.

the soft top is vinyl - waterproof in the rain. The top also has rubber running around the edges where it meets the windshield and window, so water will not get in. The only way water gets in the car is like coxjajb said - when you use a pressure washer (or you didn't maintain it with shin etsu!). the wind noise is drowned out by the loud engine at high speeds
