No, the soft top is textured vinyl.

303 is the best vinyl cleaner/prep that I have ever used. It produces a deep, matte finish and prevents sun damage. I use it regularly on my top and interior plastics. Vinylex is also good, but 303 is less shiny.

I get my 303 here: http://properautocare.com/303-16.html
Thanks...just ordered a bottle!!!

In simple terms for the same reason you put sunscreen onto your flesh when you are going to be exposed to a lot of sun. 303 not only restores the deep rich black color, it contains a UV protectant which is very important for long term ownership. As I recall 303 was developed for the marine industry, and if you have ever been out on a boat on a sunny clear day you know just how fried you can get.

Have been using 303 since back in '02, keeps the top looking good as new.

If you always keep the top down you don't have to worry about it

I use to use 303 and switched to Raggtopp recently. Raggtopp beads the water off the top so much nicer. The 303 did keep it black but it just looks so much better with the Raggtopp. Like water off a ducks back

Cheapest place to get it is here incase you're interested: Raggtopp
