My soft top is starting to squeek on the right side (passenger). I've pin point it to be at the top center bar. It's getting to be very annoying. It's worse when the weather is cold. If the passenger place his/her finger pushing it up the squeek goes away.

I've done a search and can't find any solution. Anyone else have any bright idea?

 

Is it a metal on metal squeek or vinyl on vinyl ?

I had a the latter and wiped some vinyl protectant around the folds in the roof. The squeek was silenced for a while. Regular treatment will be required tho...

 

I squeak too. I don't think i'll be able to hear it after my N1 exhaust arrives though
