Sorry, no pics. I shoulda done this one as a "How to" also. But I'll describe it as best I can. The drain plug is the lowest plug on the driver's side (left) and is removed with a metric socket (can't remember the size). The fill plug is on the same side but a bit higher up and forward of the drain plug. It is a "recessed" bolt. That is, you take it off using only the 3/8" drive rachet WITHOUT a socket on it. That's right, it's a square 3/8" hole in the middle of the bolt.

you can't miss it. you'll know when you check it out. seriously. if you have the right tools you know what fits and what doesn't where. but having the correct tools for the diff is essential.

Boy! You're going all out, aren't you?
Diff drain is directly on the bottom of the diff where you jack the car up. It's a 24mm socket. The fill bolt is on the back side of the diff higher up. You need a 23mm closed end wrench to get that one.
For both the fluids, get yourself a pump or a piece of clear tubing and duct tape it to the pointy end of the diff fluid bottle and squeeze it in. Then clean the tube and the pointy end of the diff fluid jug and use it for the tranny fluid jug to squeeze it in too.

xviper & Schatten thank you all for your helps. just changed the tranny fluid and boy what a difference... i only have 8000 miles but after reading all the threads about the GM synchromesh i just couldn't resist for trying that out and it did change the hard shift problem i'm gonna try to change the diff and i think it will be lot easier because i don't think it will be harder than the tranny since it's way back there and it should be easier to get to. well, again thank you all for your helps i really appreciated.
