I get the same reaction but rarely and more often from women, those people I imagine bought it as a nice roadster but not as an enthusiast. I always give "the wave" to other S2K's as I warp along, damn near the same as doing the "bike wave" to me.

Yea same thing happened to me on route 4 a couple days ago. A middle aged guy in a silver 00 or 01 was right beside me. I started waving at him, smiling and jumping up and down in my seat so he'd look at me. But he just looked at me like I was mildly retarded or something. I guess being in my 97 Jeep didn't help much either.

The same thing has happened to me several times. And by the way, it was always a MAN driving. I did see the same car that had ignored me, only this time a woman was driving. Guess what? She waved at me, so don't even go there about women drivers! I think it's like several of you said, people not paying attention or not caring.

I don't think I have ever driven past another S without an acknowledgement.

I've had this happen to me a few times, but on those rare occasions, the drivers were female.

What up with that Trojan not acknowledging a fellow Trojan.
