How do you know whether the spacers are taken out or not.....my suspension feels really really stiff, or is it normally extremely stiff?

Yes, the suspension is very stiff. You need to visually inspect the springs to see if there are any spacers left.

This was recently discussed. One of the members had one spacer left in each front spring by the dealer. It was hidden behind the shock, so be sure to carefully inspect with a good light source all the way around the spring.

Since they pulled out my spacers, the S handles completely different. You can best tell that you have spacers by a lot of bouncing. The suspension is stiff but you get a LOT of bouncing with the spacers in. If in doubt, take it to your dealer and have them look.

You can see the rear springs but you'll have to feel around the front ones.....unless you have a lift.
