I took the spare tire/tools off the first night i got my car, its all depend on what kind of driving you doing, mostly i dont drive more than 100 miles from home, so if anything happen i just call AAA, it such a hassle to change the tires if you rear goes out, because you need to take the front out and put it in the back.

And now you can buy the CR's tire patch kit. How much of a bitch is it to patch up a tire like that?

I took mine out the same day I bought mine but I have AAA gold, which will get me a tow up to 100 miles for free. However I do drive several hours away a few times a year for meets and stuff.

My car is lowered, so the spare is useless to me. I also needed the spare tire area for electronics and the tool area for my sub, so the tire defiantly had to go. I do keep a tire plug kit with me at all times though. I have been meaning to get a portable compressor as well

Mine has been gone since Day 3. An amp and nav control unit are in its place, tools were pulled shortly after to make room for a sub box.

Like you'd really run that spare tire anywhere... Just get AAA and throw that sh!t out.

BTW, if anyone needs a spare or a tool kit, I think I still have them ina box somewhere.
