Spare tire lug nuts
William, that's a good point!
Spare tire uses stock lugs.
I'm pretty sure most all the aftermarket wheels so far use lug nuts that don't match the stock Honda spherical seat (BTW, Fikse, at my request, bought the necessary tool so that I could stay with the stock lug nuts).
But since the POS space saver spare is steel, you could probably get away with whatever lug nuts as long as they don't bottom out too soon (hit bottom before wheel gets clamped).
Another thing to watch out for if you are using aftermarket lugs is that the tire iron might not have the right size hex on the wrench
.
At that point the spare becomes irrelevant since you can't get the flat off the car.
