hey, i just installed a new head unit and speakers. all alpine, but with the alpine head unit after 12 on volume it get statice, and they aren't very loud at all. but with the stock HU it is fine, i know if the car has a amp built in u can have this problem. had it on the last car and we had to bypass the amp. so does we have an amp hiding somewhere in this little ass car, looked around but couldn't find it. going to stereo place tomorrow but if any body knows it would be a big help, Thanks

maybe the mods should moved this to electronics because i think the guys there would be more helpful
