Congrats on your new ride. Really nice write-up.

Watch out for that snap-oversteer. Seriously. If you have a place (like an autocross course or even a deserted road with LOTS of run-off and ZERO traffic) you might want to explore the car's limits.

A recommended first mod: modifry's glove box organizer. It's the best 20 bucks you will ever spend on the car. (Anyone who has one will tell you the same thing.)

Happy Motoring

I gotta agree, I just got mine two weeks ago and you took the words right out of my mouth. I had driven an AP1 and AP2 before, but not for long periods of time. Pure driving enjoyment.

Nice writeup

That reminded me of me as well. I stared at mine once i got home...Once i drove out of the dealer...i didnt come back for 30min. Washed, waxed over and over week after week, detailed every week. And i still do it. And im always still amazed to what things the car can handle, and how tail happy it can be, making you a happy soul with a little edgy, smerky face going on even though you almost hit a curb trying to drift. anyways! CONGRATS! Im sure it will serve you well

Thanks for all the kind words and positive responses I feel humbled to be on the front page, and am very glad to hear you are all equally passionate about such a beautiful piece of engineering.

tof: I am definitely buying the glovebox organizer, I desperately need it!

powdertrax: It's funny, we seem to have a ready supply of milk and bread at my house now. I know exactly what you mean. I was lying in bed last night thinking about sneaking out for a drive. Crazy stuff

I love my s2000 when I first got it too! I drove the car 9000 km in 4 months. I normally drive 10 000 km every year! Nothing beats the feeling of this car.

for some reason i think i'm beginning to like the car more and more with each day that goes by. maybe it's me getting used to the car more and finally could enjoy the car a little more unlike the first couple weeks when i was still adjusting to it and was a little scared to push it.

just came back from driving around aimlessly at night...i really wish there were more twisty roads in NYC though, i can't wait to take a trip in the S.
