My 2000 registered S2k has an intermittant fault with the speedo - it just drops -out and displays '0'. Have had the speedo sensor replaced by a Honda dealer still doesn't work and they're suggesting having the dash out to identify the fault, which sounds horribly expensive at dealer rates. Any suggestions welcome!!

 

Buy a used cluster and a shop manual, find some local S2k guys and buy them a pint.
