if you have the cooling plate then your supposed to remove the stock air guides since having them defeats the purpose of the aftermarket cooling plate.

Well, since you'll have to remove it to install the Spoon snorkel in the first place, removing it and leaving it off makes the most sense. Then install the snorkel and cooling plate together.

I just got done with my setup last week. I got an AP2 so I had to cut the APR plate with a diamond wheel cutter to get the hood to close better. It looks great though. And yes you want to remove the plastic air guide. And it
