i'm the one who got nibble's silencer off (what a serious pita!). had it installed on my car for a few weeks and had to take it off because it was toooo damn loud. anytime i drove with the top up, the droning would rattle my teeth and make my eyes bleed.

i'm sure you've heard tons of clips and vids, but here are two really shitty clips that i made. dont mind the video, it's all about the sound clip :

my thoughts on the silencer is that at WOT and at 7K+, the exhaust sounds like a jet motor. kinda sounds like a sandblaster or an aircompressor blowing against a sheet of paper. but like nibble stated, it really doesnt do anything to make it quieter.

I've ridden inside of a S2k with this exhaust and from inside the cabin, all you can really hear is the bass/drone in low rpm cruising which is pretty typical of all single exit exhausts. Near redline, the drone dies off and you can hear the motor over the exhaust (from inside the cabin). I've never heard the car from outside the cabin going full throttle, so i can't comment on that.

seung how many miles?

right now Spoon Us is selling his, but i think its more than what you guys mention, he said it has 2500 miles. is this deal worth it?

thanks bkw for the clips. they sound loud, but i know clips wont do justice for this exhaust. does anyone know how this compares to the apex n1?
