^ Heheh To be honest...I think I'm loosing my hearing (I've had my Spoon for close to 2 years) I havn't had any problems...but I've have had those days in which the loud drone and noise was annoying as hell. And I've also had days in which the sound of the exhaust is awsome. I've been on long distant trips with the exhaust for over 5 hours of driving and I've never really found the sound or drone to be too annoying (but do get a better audio system...it will help).
I dono...After having the Spoon for 2 years, I really want something more quite now to put around town in. The spoon is a high quality exhaust and I had no problems with mine all the years I've had it (My car is also a daily driver). But be warned...the sound can be overwhelming at times. And the drone can get annoying...but the good thing is I can't hear any rattle or sqeeks that might be emitting from my car hah

I thought you had a problem with your exhaust making a noise too. There was a thread a while back about trying to find the source of a buzz/rattle.
Anyway, had I known you were looking for opinions on which exhaust to buy, I would've wholeheartedly reccomended the Spoon Sports N1. The sound is the best I've heard (maybe amuse sounds as good, but a little different, definately lighter). You get a good weight savings with the Spoon (I think around 25-30 pounds, maybe more). It has a great subtle, stealthy look. It is one of the few exhausts to make power on our cars. It is of great quality. I have nothing bad to say about it.
The noise I was refering to is where the muffler portion bolts to the midpipe. The two pieces aren't sealing quite right and there is a rattle at only certain rpm's. As background info, I bought this exhaust from another member used. It was on his race car. I'm sure the harsh conditions of racing had something to do with this rattle (it kind of sounds like a pebble in the muffler only at around 2500 to 3000 rpm's on decceleration only). I'm sure a little liquid/rubber gasket between the two pipes will cure this problem and end the vibration.
Long story short, this rattle in no way affects my happiness in every way with the Spoon Sports N1 exhaust, nor would it affect my decision to buy one again. Money no object? Buy the amuse single. If spending $2k for an exhaust isn't your thing, get the Spoon. You won't be disappointed.
Try Speedstar or AJ racing for a great new price. They are both vendors and members.

The only advise I can give is to try to hear and ride in a car with these exhausts - its the only way to be sure its what you're looking for.
Everyone has their own definition of loud, raspy, drone, no drone, jet engine bla bla bla.
I have a feeling that if you go with Spoon without hearing it first, you may be dissappointed if you're looking for something that's tolerable for moderate length drives, on a daily basis.
