spoon snorkel/ comptech CAI

would spoon snorkel work/fit with comptech CAI? on 2005 model

Spoon snorkel was only designed to work with the stock air box.

Although I believe a member here came up with a clever idea of routing a vacuum hose, with a funnel attached no less, from the opening in the bumper to the Comptech box.
