spring spacers?

They are pieces of rubber that line the springs. They are left there by the dealer in some cases due to the ignorance of the new-car preperation guys! 
Jack the car up, and check your springs. If they are there, pull those suckers off!

Be good to yourself, and your car, and go thru the FAQ at the top of both the "S2000 Talk" and "Under the Hood" forums and you will find quite a bit of good information. (that is where I pulled this link from) I saw in your other post that this was a new purchase foy you, congratulations.
